Hi, I started up my HP laptop and it starts up great except my screen is totally black. It worked fine yesterday. Anyone know why? Or how to get my screen back? I turned it on and off, I took the battery out.

though there still one thing that skipped me to ask you
when you press the power button to start your laptop
does the screen shows anything or the laptop starts without showing anything?
actually this question should have been in the very first thing on the top

My computer starts up like normal, all lights come on the keyboard but the screen stays black, no sign in page , nothing just a block screen.
