How to recover my gmail id

i have a gmail id and i want to recover it bit i have forgot my library card no. which i have given when i created my a/c and also its asking name of four labels like stuffs . What should i do plz help ?

If there is no activity on an account for 30 days or more, it is automatically deleted from the server. Sorry but your account no longer exist. I suggest you create a new one.
