                    please post the Error Message on Machine's Display
to unclog the cartridge you need to remove it and swipe the head with a cotton tissue with some hot water on it
but it's way too far that the issue is in the cartridge, it's most likely to be on the print-head, so you need to go to the ink menu from the printer's lcd screen and choose clean -> all
