Recovering deleted contacts,messages and even files can be easily done by different applications that is supported by phones possessing an operating system such as android(widely used on latest phones),ios(For Iphones,Itouch and Ipads), Windows(Mostly used by Nokia), Symbian (For Nokia Phones), and blackberry os (For blackberry).
Micromax is a java-enabled phone, and do not have any of the aforementioned operating system . Unfortunately, there is no way for your java-enabled phone to recover deleted contacts, because there are no application that can be used for that matter.
