Unsubscribring from Google + Closed

Hello Team
I am getting lots of annoying unwanted google + messages daily. How do I 
stop them and unsubscribe form this please?

At the bottom of the email in tiny writing there should be an unsubscribe link. 

Failing that, log into your google account and change your notification settings to not email you.
