Can i retrieve the answer to my secret question

Hello, for some reason unknown to me ive not been able to sign in to my yahoomail account with the username :<removed by moderator*>,and password id :<removed by moderator*>,i cant remember the answer to my security question,how can i retrieve it please?

* do not let personal informations on public forum for security reason
