Hello,

My laptop turns on but once it gets to the windows welcome screen, it freezes and then it restarts itself and does this over and over again (Continuous loop) so it cant reach the desktop. If anybody has a solution, please help~ I've been wasting so much time trying to find out how to fix it, but i haven't been successful..... Thank you so much in advance ^^

check whether you hard disk is detected in BIOS...
