I have Canoscan D1250U2 E on a Cd and don't know which twain driver to download. I have a new computer and am trying to transfer all my drivers across from XP system to windows 8.1

are you sure about your model?
as for: CanoScan D1250U2F
you can find the drivers for it here
but for the canoscan d1250u2e just couldn't find it
