My over seems to start up normally when I hit the power button, but the monitor does not receive Any signal at all, and not sure if this matters but the keyboard turns on for a second but then off and stays off, and the mouse goes on nor.ally and stays on. I have tried unplugging stuff, unplugging the power cord to over and holding power for 30 seconds, and even reseated the 2 ram chips in it but nothing worked :(

Please help and thanks in advance!

Before I try to do all the stuff in the solution, does it make a difference that in his case the monitor goes o and says no signal but mine just doesn't change at all from it's orange light hibernation state

I wouldn't bother with the steps from the FAQ.
Did you try using only one of the memory modules at a time? You might have a BAD module.
You might have a bad power supply or motherboard. It's all guess work without "hands on" access to the computer.

So I tried each ram, no luck getting a signal with either, then I put both back in and turned it on and got 6 beeps and an orange light on the over. Not gonna do anything until someone tells me so I do t mess anything up

Is this a desktop or laptop computer?

for an AMI BIOS I find two explanations

6 Beeps
Six beeps means that there has been an 8042 Gate A20 test error. This beep code is usually caused by an expansion card that has failed or a motherboard that is no longer working.
6 short beeps
Keyboard controller Gate A20 error: The keyboard controller has failed. Due to its integration into the system board, you usually must replace the motherboard.
