Need help to reset my hotmail password

Hello,

I have forgot the hotmail password for my both Hotmail accounts.

I dont have the mobile number which was updated in my hotmail account settings.

since I forgot both hotmail account password, I am unable to reset one hotmail account using another hotmail account.

When I tried to reset the hotmail password using the security question, it fails to do so.

Any help to reset my both hotmail account password is much appreciated.
