Unable to attach or upload files

This problem seems to have come up suddenly, tho it's possible that uploading speed has been gradually slowing, now to 0.

My desktop is connected via wifi, connection appears to be strong.

My default browser is Firefox, but the issue appears in IE and Safari

I also am unable to upload any image files to my stock photography agency.

I have updated Flash and also Java, which included an uninstall of outdated program. That's about the extent of my knowledge.

Very much appreciate help, this has crippled my business for the moment and frustrated the heck out of me.
