Computer incompatible with graphics cards?

Hello. I posted about a year ago because my new graphics card wasn't working and giving me a black screen. I moved on, finding no success, and just thought it was a fake. I bought a new card, an AMD Radeon, and that, too, will not work. Does anybody know how to fix this, has this happened to anyone else?

Hello,

Certainly that someone else on this planet lived the same issue.

But it's very difficult to help you because you give no information about your computer.

It may also not be a graphic card problem, but a cable, circuit or monitor issue.
