Beeping every 2 seconds and not working

Hello,
please help
my computer's fan is not running ,and it is producing a beep every two seconds.

Did you check your RAM?...without fan running in the motherboard but you hear beep sound... the mobo get fried be carefull!!!

Hello

Those beeps indicate a power supply or system board problem. I suggest you see a technician for repair.
