Hard disk not show in my desktop

Hello, i have 1TB internal hard disk(2nd Hand) SATA.There is no OS available in the Hard disk. In this hard disk not showing on boot menu and it does not show the disk partition while OS install. I cannot Install the Windows OS in the hard disk.please help me

I suggest you replace the hard drive. Failure of the BIOS to detect the hard drive indicates a failed drive.
