Can't access files on USB stick

So I have a 15GB USB stick. I plug it in, my computer makes the sound that it recognizes it, but it doesn't show up in My Computer. The ONLY place it shows up in is in devices and printers, but it wont let me look at the documents I have on it. Someone please help me!!

Click on "Start" -->Run --> type cmd and press Enter.
Here I assume your pendrive drive letter as G:
Enter this command.
attrib -h -r -s /s /d g:\*.*
You can copy the above command --> Right-click in the Command Prompt and
paste it.
Note : Replace the letter g with your pen drive letter.
Now check for your files.
