Windows 7 no sound but drivers are working fine

My PC had this problem for several months. It lost its sound on speaker and headphones for unknown reasons. My drivers are working fine and I even installed the latest drivers from Realtek but still sounds are not working. Please help me with this :(

Did you try your speakers and headphones with other working computer?

I'm pretty sure it isn't the speakers or headphones

Did you see any yellow exclamation mark near sound options in device manager?
