Browsers not connecting

Hello
I have been unable to connect to the Internet with any browser, IE Firefox or Chrome, for the past few days. I am using windows 7. All of my Antivirus anti-spyware programs can connect and update. I can even play WOW. I tried the fix: cmd netsh int reset c:\resetlog.txt but that did not work. What is my next step?

Tried disabled the proxy settings in the system

I did this; cmd netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt , shouldn't that do it?
