Hi Coffin,
Does this happen when trying to play another game or if you try watching some movies? I recommend you to update your anti virus software and do a complete scan. Check your PC temperature and use Window's Memory Diagnostic Tool to confirm your RAM memory's condition. There is a chance that your PSU is failing, so I would check that too.
Hope this helps

Hi,Coffin
This may be due to virus. I had the same problem before. Whenever I tried to play GTA or watch a movie, the PC restarts. It was due to virus and formatting my PC helped.( Removing the virus by using an anti-virus would fix the problem))

Hi, Coffin
Don't forget to clean your temp. file in PC. Check Anti virus updating everyday. Or using a CCleaner.
