Pen drive is messed up, need some help

I tried opening a .doc file from my pen drive, while loading the pen drive closed and now i cant open it. Says something about formatting it, which i tried doing but it says windows cannot complete the format. I also realized that it now says that there is 0 space on the pen drive (not 0 free space, 0 space in general). Please help

You probably need to replace the pen drive. Even if you somehow get it to format the drive will not be reliable.
