Hey there, lindseykaylin.
Does the card work with the camera? If not, I'd suggest that you try it with another computer just in case, to see if the same thing happens. If it works OK with the camera, it might be the card reader. If this is the case I'd recommend that you try reinstalling the drivers for the SD card reader to see if that fixes the issue. You could also take a look if the card is recognized in Disk Management. If it is recognized there, you could try assigning it a new letter to see if it's recognized by Windows Explorer after that. On the other hand, if the memory card is failing, you could try accessing it via Linux Live CD/USB or by trying some of the data recovery options listed in this thread: https://www.tomshardware.com/
