Philips monitor stop working ..

Hi,
I Have a Philips monitor for like 2 yrs...
one day he just stop working .. the power led is like Beeping around but he won't start ..
sometimes when i'm working with the other monitor (usually i work with extended display) suddenly the beeping monitor wakes up ... but if i reboot or the power at home shuts down then he won't work again ... any ideas ??

Probably the power circuits within the monitor have failed. Replacement is probably cheaper than having someone fix it.
