Hi. I have android 4.0.4 of model number sch-s738c. I want to connect to PC to use internet. I have USB cable connected and computer said it installed drivers when I hooked up first time. I use Windows 8 OS and I have WiFi on and in developer options I cliked on USB debugging to turn it on. It still does nothing. Help please!? Thank you!

Note- easy to understand answers please. I understand little of this kind of stuff xD
