Retrieve yahoo account

Hello,
i cannot access on my yahoo mail. My account is ***@*** Whenever i follow the procedures in recovering my account it goes to nothing because the passweord was sent to my phone number in angola. I am now in the philippines and no plans to come back there. can i possibly recover my accoubt and sent to my alternate email address at ***@***. please help me recover because this account is very important to me.
