Window7 fix audio system on my pc

Could I get an answer to fix audio system on my pc. where the speaker icon is there's an X and has no audio. When I scoll over it says 'no audio output device'. It's a window7..

The device could be broken or you have deleted the driver. A new driver program can be downloaded using SlimDrivers. Slimdrivers will identify, download and install all the drivers you need,

Just Google the name to find a download locqtion
