Hello,
when I press the key shift+2 it should display @ but it displays " and shift+' key is diplaying @ as like as shift+3 display £ please help me on this issue . I am using a dell vostro 1550 with window 8.1 pro operating system but my 4 keys are not functioning properly.

This often happens when there is a mismatch between the physical keyboard and the logical keyboard. I suggest you go to the Control Panel keyboard icon and check the language.
