No restart disc

Hello,

I have a toshiba satalite a80-s178td with windows 2000 xp and i do not have the restart disc and its so infectedvwith viruses (bought 2nd hand) is there a way to wipe it without the disc?

Probably your best option is to install a version of Linux. Perhaps Ubuntu.
