Hello,

I am not able to reset my password I have tried several times and am not able to reset it through my phone or with the security questions as it won't even bring me to that screen. Can someone please help me reset my password as I was in an accident last Wednesday 5/13/15 and I have a lot of important documents that I am currently unable to access due to this issue.
