Lost alternative email nd security question

I have lost my alternative email nd also forgot security question I know only my id nd its password plz somebody help me id is ***@***

If there is no activity for an account for more than 30 days it got deleted from the server

The problem is that i have linked my Microsoft id with it whenever i log in it says we have send code to ur alternative id nd which is my yahoo id nd ths id s no more so how i can recover my Microsoft then ??
