I want your help to connect my mobile internet to my pc 

I have xolo a600 amdroid jelly bean 

Configuration: iPhone / Safari Indeterminable

Do you pay for a mobile data plan? If you do, then most phone will have an app to "tether" or to wifi. Through My carrier I have to Pay $5 a month for that kind of access. So if you do not pay for it, you may not be able to.
