Toshiba laptop freezes on leading innovation

Hello,

My Toshiba laptop continues to run frozen on a screen that reads leading innovation. After a few minutes the screen turns blue and reads:

your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart

Then the process begins all over again.


Any suggestions would be great!

Hello tristi311,
Did you recently install any hardware or software?..
If so did you see any BSOD?
First Switch off your Laptop
Remove the battery
Press power button for 48 seconds
replace the battery
switch on the power button.
Immediately after pressing power button Tap F8 continuously until you got Safe boot screen!

Time to get a new laptop.
