My HP Pavilion G4 not restart.

Hello,
My name is Ben and I know just a little english...Sorry about my vocabulary.
Ok my problem is my laptop couldn't restart. If i click the restart button it just start for 1 second and the screen just blank. I already try many alternative but it's not working..you know the restart button has a small light.I mean for 1 second just the small light function.Just 1 second.PLEASE I Need Your Help..ASAP..

Hi Ben,

Is this laptop charged?
Try charging it with a different charger (one correct for this laptop).
