My laptop stopped working on 6/8/2015 I need help please thanks

Hello,
My Toshiba Satellite L755 with Windows 7 Basic or premium has stopped working. I try to start it up, but all it gives me is the beginning TOSHIBA logo loading screen and for the windows loading screen it only gives me the little loading bar at the bottom. The windows logo does not show at all. After those two load up, it goes to a black screen and just completely stops loading. The hard drive stops working as in the light doesn't blip anymore and it just stays at a back-lit black screen. I can sort of hear the fan going, but it stops after a while.

Can you boot in safe mode with networking?

AMBUCIAS I can not boot in safe mode with networking all it does is counts down 29 seconds then it opens a program called startup repair I left the laptop over night on and the startup repair program was no help at all so what do I do now

Hello Boris,
In addition,
1) when was this problem happen? Did you install any new hardware of software?

2) You said you unable to boot into safe mode, Did you press F8 continuously after starting of your laptop?

3) Try this following steps,
a) switch off the laptop
b) remove the battery
c) press power button for 30 sec
d) replace the battery
e) switch on the laptop.

4) what about beeps? Did you hear any beeps?
