Keyboard and mouse stopped working

Hello,
I have laptop acer (mini) One time i was pressing A hand icon It is printed a (hand Icon) I pressed it again and again and again i was pressing it and it was a new laptop i saw the button and i was pressing it again and again so my laptop Mouse & keyboard Stopped working the thing this was meant in to be 2013 so my laptop now does not work now what should i do? (location : My mom's brother's house)
