Been locked out of my a/c

I've this a/c since in the 90s it was never even hacked yet over the last year or so I cannot access it. Its my main professional email so I'm really frustrated.I can't access my business info- each time i try to access it or update my info it gives me a 30 day waiting message by then i forget the password or cannot find where I wrote it down. if it wasn't mine I'd have given up trying,
