Sound driver not getting installed

Hello,

This is Abu here. I am trying to install the audio driver on my computer but it is not getting installed. Showing the error message" Audio driver running failure" like that. I do not know what is the issuee. I uninstalled and reinstalled the operating twice but still getting the ssame error message. I wanna weather is this a hardware issue aor the software issue, os that I can call the system vendor. I am using intel motherboard. Please give some suggestions. I need help.
