Recover a message which is been deleted from trash

Hello,
I want to recover a messages which is been deleted from trash of my account.

actually someone has open my gmail account and forward my private messages from
my account. and also deleted from sent items and trash folder. how can i get details of sent items if its deleted from trash also to know to whom she or he has forwarded.

some one means who? is you account hacked? if so then change your password as soon as possible!
to recover deleted mails,
you can recover permanently deleted emails even after deleting them from your trash folder all you have to do is open you gmail then click the drop down arrow from your search box at the top of the screen. it will then ask you several question such as to: or from: subject, has words or date with in. don't answer any of these question just click on the blue search button on the bottom left of the search box and all of your deleted emails will be revealed.

Note: If you still dont get access to those mails it means it got deleted from server and never recover! We unable to help you with that!
