Hi Omar Harb,
I would recommend you to enter Disk Management and check if the drive is visible there. Does it have a drive letter and a file format? What option do you have when you right click the drive? If you have data on the drive, do not format or initialize the drive, because you will erase all the data. If there is no valuable data on the drive, formatting may be helpful. Other thing you should try is going to Device Manager and checking if the drive is listed there, under USB devices. Uninstall it and restart the PC. I strongly recommend you to check the drive with another USB cable and on another PC.
