Gta Iv not responding!!!!!!

Hello,
Plz Help i got Gta iv and i had installed it correctly there is no error but when i lunch the game black screen appears and its going on And game not responding Plz Plz PLz help meee
my system requirments are
Intel(R) Coure 2 duo E8400 3.00Ghz
Ram:2Gb
Hard:160
Video card:Nividia Ge 8400gs

Well have you tried reform loading game
If on xbox go to home-my games-gta-details-redownload
It may be a extension pack for gta too

It is obvious this doesn't pertain to an XBOX console!

I do agree, though, unload the last expansion that you loaded in! Did it ever run? 2 GB of RAM just doesn't seem to convince me that it ever ran!
