Gta4 is running very slowly

Hello,

My name is afnaan
My computer's specs are ram is 1.5 GB
2 GB graphics card - nvidia
Windows 7 operating system
I have kept all settings low in gta4 but still it runs slowly
Can someone tell me the solution please??????¿???
