Hello v,
Please, review my answer of your other post within this forum. If you can't find it, I'm giving you part of it here with an update.
If you recieve an error like "Ntkrnlmp.exe Could Not Be Loaded." I suggest you to take a look at this article from the MicroSoft website: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/318729
Since you said that you have made changes in the SATA settings I suggest you to bring them back to the stage they were before and try with another copy of Windows XP because this copy that you've got might be corrupted.
