Cpu Temps are low, Shuts off randomly Help?

Hello, This is my first computer that ive built, had it for about 3 or 4 years and my computer shuts off randomly even when its idling. Temps are min of 30, max of 54 and thats when idling and ive did a complete dust of all parts and set everything to factory settings. Any suggestion on what else i should do.

It's possible that you have a memory chip that is defective. Can you try running with only one memory card at a time?

hmm mother board only picks up 2 of my 4 cards and still shuts off and has trouble turning on. Does this look like its the mother board failure or is it memory failure?

forgot to mention that ive tried each memory card on its own.
