Hello, my name is Dot. I am having a problem with my home computer. When I boot up my computer, it sits on the safe mode page. And when I hit Normal Safe Mode, it start running down saying(Windows 32). I have no idea what to do. I need to get into my computer.

If it's booting into "safe mode" then Windows is damaged in some way. Do you have the Windows install optical disk?

yes. Let me explain a lit further. The weather was bad at the time my computer was shutting down, and my message said, (do not cut your computer off or shut it down. It is doing updates. This will take a while). So I just push the button and it went off. But a few days later I booted up my computer and it stays in the safe mode screen.

You still need the Windows disk to repair the system.
