Hello, i have a hp pavilon dv6, i watched a movie and hibanated it, went out for some couple of minutes.... When i came back , i switched it on but the screen was black..... The power button was on, incould feel the system turning on, but i didnt hear any form of start up tone also the screen was black.... But all laptop was on..... Please how can o resolve this ..... thanks

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
