Hello, my dell laptop inspiron is not starting. Its stuck in Dell Laptop Logo and its loading, when the loading finished, the screen will became black then it would Dell Laptop Logo again and again. What should I do? Please help me.

Error 146 is associated with a hard disk failure or motherboard failure. I suggest you have a local repair shop take a look at it.
