I cannot format my usb

Hello, can you help me i cannot format my usb, when i try to format in my computer it said that there is no disk in drive f, and when i check in manage "device manager" when i check the properties in volume tha capacity is = 0, unallocated space = 0, reserved space = 0...

please help me.. thanks

UR HDRIVE PARTITION IS NOT ADEQUATE. 'VE UR HDRIVE PARTITION AGAIN. U NEED ADEQUATE FREE SPACE AS VIRTUAL DRIVE TO RUN A REMOVABLE DRIVE IN UR COMPUTER. OR U NEED A UTILITY SOFTWARE OF RESPECTIVE BRAND TO ACCESS UR REMOVABLE DRIVE VIA USB
