Workbooks are uploaded by going to a free file sharing site like www.speedyshare.com or ge.tt among others. Then post back the download link.
Do keep in mind that these uploaded files are only accessible for a limited time, so it is a better option to post your code directly. Alter the way your code looks by selecting your code and using the <> button above the message body (next to the B, I and S buttons) and choosing the programming language you used.
