Hello,
from 2 day my laptop creating a problem with screen lightness. when i plugh in for charge the laptop screem become sharp & light. but. when i remove from the switch the screen light goes vero low and i cant see very clea. it is first time this problem came in my laptop. please tell me the solution about my problem. as soon as possible.

Hello arshoo,

Have you set your power options to the lowest level? I suggest that you check your power saving options of your laptop and change Plan settings.
Have you tried to level up the Brightness with Fn key + F key responsible for Brigtness control?
You may also want to check your product specifications for more details about brightness adjustment.
