Hi Prawinsanju,
Sadly, it is possible that the pendrive has failed. Have you checked it in another PC? Is it visible in Disk Management and in Device Manager? In the topic, you mentioned two pendrives. Do you have the same problem with both of them. If so, there may be a USB port issue and I suggest you to check all the ports.
