my brand PC. Hp 500b MT.it isn't install windows.its loading in win-7 logo.its loading long time and no responds.my HDD use other PC like external.its ok but very slow.10GB Data passing rat per second 12kb - 50kb.so how to solve my problam. please help me

Hello robi2015,

Have you tried testing your HDD with its drive manufacturer software for S.M.A.R.T. test? It might have got saturated or needing defragmentation. You can perform the following steps>
When connected as an external on the other PC, open the command prompt console and enter CHKDSK X: /R
Please, make sure to replace the letter X with the corresponding one that your PC has given to your external HDD.
Once you have done the tests, please come back and share the results.
