memmory plugging dont work Closed

Hello, 
I need help i havent use my desk top and i turn it on and the mouse didnt wanna work the keyboard didnt wanna type the creen its black it go on but to turn on correctly need the mouse so um guessing the connection oon the back dont work i even borrow neighbors mouse and it didnt wanna work on my computer , their sometjing wrong i cant figure out what it is.

I think you are using usb mouse and keyboard and your usb port is not working. so you need to check the bios settings by using PS2 keyboard and may be you have disable the usb port by mistake. this is why you are having this kind of problem with your computer. 
Also please try to clean your usb ports may be they will be dirty.

WIll i open the computer and clean it it was really dirtt but it didnt wanna work still so u think i disable it and hlw do i do that, is it expensive to go take it so they can do it?
